For a dumb reason I was restoring the entire (wiped) C drive from an external backup (Disk Wizard). It seemed to hang up, so I powered off. Powering on now shows the DELL screen (Inspiron 530, Bios 1.0.10, XP), but stops there. Neither F2 or F12 work. I have a boot disk, but the DVD drive aint
