I have a Inspiron Mini with the BSOD UNMOUNTABLE_BOOT_VOLUME problem, it has no cd drive and I've tried all the usual F buttons to try for a factory restore (CTRL F11, F8, F12) and theres no sign of anything to re-install factory settings.
