Radeon HD 7750 card requires minimum of 400 Watt or greater power supply and a Vostro 270 Mini Tower has a 300W power supply. Hence I would say that Radeon HD 7750 is incompatible with the system. The Dell Vostro 270 Mini Tower was shipped with the following discreet video cards:
