This poor card doesn't work well anymore, so, I want to replace it for this one (ASUS Radeon HD 6450 650MHZ 2GB 1.2GHZ DDR3 CrossFireX DVI HDMI D-Sub HDCP PCI-E DX11) , my question is: is this card compatible with my system. I still have a windows vista as operating system. Thank you
