Forum Post: GX 760 Won't boot, error LEDs aren't listed.

I have a OptiPlex GX760 that won't boot. There's no POST. Sometimes it starts to but then the power button goes out anf the '3' LED is blinking green. Sometimes it does the same thing but '3' and '4' are both blinking green.
