Intel has an online chipset software update utility and that will install the latest drivers. If you're using the onboard graphics, Intel will have the latest drivers for those, too.

The GX620 doesn't support Core2 Duo, and I doubt that the GX520 does, either. I think they're limited to Pentium 4 'Prescott' CPUs.
